ABOUT THE SITE

ST Flow Works is a personal portfolio website. The website owner is responsible for the operation of stflowworks.com and for privacy matters related to this Policy.

DATA THAT IS PROCESSED

The main website has no accounts, registration, first-party forms, email newsletters or first-party database and does not collect names, email addresses or phone numbers through its own forms.

During a normal visit, the services that operate the website may process technical data — including the IP address, the address of the page opened, the date and time of the request, information about the browser or device, as well as data required for security and diagnostics.

This data is used to keep the website stable and secure, protect it from abuse and identify technical problems.

In accordance with applicable law, this processing is based on the legitimate interest in maintaining the proper and secure operation of the website.

CLOUDFLARE AND SERVER LOGS

ST Flow Works uses Cloudflare for website operation, security and technical analytics. During a visit, Cloudflare may process technical data required to deliver pages, maintain security and assess performance.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to obtain general page-view and performance statistics. According to Cloudflare, this tool does not use analytics cookies and does not track individual users across websites.

Technical request logs required for security, diagnostics and stable website operation are also stored on the server. They are retained for approximately 14 days.

COOKIES AND BROWSER STORAGE

The main ST Flow Works website does not use its own marketing or analytics cookies and does not store visitor data in the browser.

Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies when required for website security or request verification.

DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS

The eight demonstration projects in the portfolio open as separate websites hosted on Vercel.

Interactive forms and flows in these projects are demonstrations. In their current implementation, names, phone numbers or email addresses entered into them are not sent to ST Flow Works, are not written to a first-party database and are not used to contact the visitor.

When the demonstration websites are opened, Vercel may process standard technical data required to operate and deliver the pages.

In the ELVARIQA Academy demonstration project, some interface settings and language-test results may be stored locally in the browser until the site data is cleared. Name, phone number and email address are not stored.

TELEGRAM

Telegram opens only after the visitor explicitly clicks the relevant link.

ST Flow Works does not automatically send any data or messages to Telegram.

If you choose to send a message, the conversation takes place directly in Telegram and is processed in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Cloudflare, Vercel and Telegram are used to operate the website, host demonstration projects and enable contact.

These services may process technical data in different countries, including outside Ukraine, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

ST Flow Works does not sell visitor data and does not use advertising networks or advertising profiling.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CONTACT

You may contact the website owner with questions about data processing or regarding access to, correction, updating or deletion of data under the website owner’s control where provided by applicable law.
